They'll get you to move in with promises of free rent and great amenities, but what they don't tell you is that the great amenities don't even work half the time, and/or are so run-down that it should be considered false advertising. The windows rattle viciously, the neighbors are all horribly rude, and the management is never in the office. People park in front of garages, and the management won't call the towing company, even though you have to pay $50 a month for a garage. I could go on and on. I've lived in apartment buildings for the last ten years of my life, and this is by far one of the worst.
